My name is Colleen Popp. I am 41 years old. I have Parkinson's Disease. I also
suffer from Dystonia, which is painful tightening or drawing-up of a limb or
muscle. I know most Parkinson's people are affected on their left side,
but mine is affected on my right side of my body. I have constant neck,
arm and shoulder pain. I cannot hold my arms up to even wipe a window
without pain. Actually I am pretty much in pain constantly. I hope that I
can find someone to talk to and maybe help on Free-net. Believe it or
not I am just learning how to use a computer so bear with me to get back
to you. I'd also like to know if any of you started showing signs of this
disease in your early (30') as I did, but it took several years for a
doctor to diagnose it. I have internal tremorring more so than you can
see visually, and two of my sisters have very noticeable tremorring. Hope
to hear from some of you.
