Over the past couple of weeks I have been compiling a list of those sites
who have made arrangements to receive the March 7th Satellite Symposium.

Many APDA offices have made arrangements for sites in and around their
locations. If you don't see your site listed here, send me email. PDF has
listed their site. NPF locations are unknown at this time.

If your site or state is not listed here....send email...hope to update the
list regularly. Let's not let 'politics' keep these sites hidden....this
symposium will reach 4 times the number of parkinsonians that last years
conference reached because more of us have been asked to be involved.
Writing, speaking, seeing the word Parkinson's helps us all increase
awareness, funding, and shows our appreciation of the educational grant by
Somerset Pharmaceutical that makes this possible. Unsure? Don't know how to
get a site?
See the message "Finding Locations in your community to receive the Symposium".

Montreal

I work at McGill University in Montreal and I contacted our
Communications department and it looks like I could get a hookup for
this Thursday. I don't have a room booked because it is only me, my
mother-in-law and husband. It will be approximately $60-70, are there
others in this area who are interested? I don't know how large a room
I will be able to get. I need to tell them by Tuesday AM.

at Miami University--we're inviting PD folks from Middletown, Hamilton,OH
also. This will be a first for us, and it's exciting! Do any who have done
it before have suggestions, warnings, etc. as to how to make it most bene-

In Houston Methodist Hospital has arranged to have the symposium available
for our group and we have a neurologist who is on our board as moderator.
Methodist is the hospital that Baylor College of Medicine trains and conducts
clinics in (Dr. Jankovic is associated with the Baylor Parkinson Disease and
Related Movement Disorders Clinic there and we have a very good working
relationship with them and him -he also writes a monthly column for our
newsletter .).

For some of our southern suburbs, Bayshore Hospital in Pasadena will also
host a group.
