John Kraft, We have a support group here in Gaithersburg, MD that meets Wednesday mornings at 10:30 AM to Noon. We have about 45 min. of exercises led by a trained exercise leader and 45 min. of discussion. We are only about 20 miles or so from Frederick and would be more than happy to have you join us some week.
