John, There are two support groups in the Baltimore area. The Parkinson's Society of Greater Baltimore was founded by its current president, Ed Blazek. His phone number is (410)256-3766 or you can write to him at 5804 Carrington Dr., White March, MD, 21162-1118. The members are mostly over 60 and they meet once a month. The Young On-set Support Chapter of the ADPA meets every three months at Johns Hopkins Outpatient Center, 601 N. Caroline St. Baltimore. The members are mostly under 50. The next meeting is on 20 April at 10 AM. I "publish" the newsletter for the Young On-sets and will send you a copy of our latest (this weekend) if you e-mail me your address. Information is also available on my home page. BTW, Hopkins has done 83 pallidotomies to date.
