I just bought some down here in Virginia basically over the counter.
Pharmacies aren't allowed to leave it out on the open shelves so you have to
go to the counter and ask them for it. But it is not a prescription drug
either. I tried it briefly for foot cramps and it seemed to help. However,
eventually my medication was adjusted and I didn't need it anymore. It does
have some potential side effects, so use it carefully.
