Hello Henri, An exercise video is available for about $15-$20 (canadian), from the Parkinson's Foundation in Toronto. I got it for my mom-in-law. For a beginning tape it is very good. Now after more than six months, she is looking for a more difficult tape. 1-800-565-3000, or (416) 366-0099. She also cycles for about 15-20 minutes a day which she says helps a lot.
