I can not disagree with Bill Harper Jr, pharamist and his extensive training in such things, that Sinemet generic is exactly as effective as the brand name. HOWEVER, as a caregive for my wife, I CAN say that they ARE NOT the same to her body. She reacts differently to the generic, and it has not been a positive reaction, so we request the brand name now and she is satisfied.
