Tong, I take both regular Sinemet and the CR version togther with Parlodel. The PD has not progressed...holding steady for about 5 years....but it hasnt gone away either. My doc is director of PD research and development for the PDF and he was the one who made the decision of the combination of meds. Re Pallid. for you dad I cant answer but they do more FETAL TRANSPLANTS in China than anywhere else in the world. The problem is they dont report findings back here. On the list today is a documented case where FETAL TRANSPLANTS do work. Hope this is of some help to you. Joyce
