Anthony, I've just started a third quarter of classes, so chaos is a better explanation for my silence. I could phone Debbie Fox about this, but I bet the response will be that "we get them to the border, but we can't be responsible beyond that." I've had trouble with correspondence going from here to Canada, though the Chicago postal people are notorious for hiding mail and so on--or so I'm told. I think the real issue is which class of postal service is being used, and that may be the thing we want to negotiate with whoever sends these things out. I guess we have to figure out who sends these things out, right?
