Hi All...Having read all the correspondence about this "program" issue,
(thanks Marcy for bringing this to our attention) and with all due respect,
it doesn't seem to resolve the issue to have the Canadians read (and print
out at their own expense) the program on-line. (We're not talking about a 10
page email message here!). If it's good enough for the Canadians then
everyone can read on-line /print their own programs! So, surely there is
some courier service/mail service that would get us our programs? How many
of us are there anyway? will this bankrupt the CCC organization?

(gee, Anthony's righteous indignation is catching...this is *fun*; and
writing this memo sure beats marking papers!)
