Hi Gary, I have been using a Braun Placque Remover since I was diagnosed 3 years ago. It has a round head which must be replaced periodically just as you would replace an ordinary toothbrush. The instructions are to hold the brush against the tooth and no pressure is needed. It has proved invaluable to me. Good luck. Judith [log in to unmask] London, Ontario
