Maryanne, thanx for ur msg re Potassium. It was merely a thought process becauz at one time I heard that the Potassium will prevent the cramps when taking a diuretic. The thought that the Pot. alone will help was wishfull thinking. I AM NOT taking the Pot. and thank u again for your interest. Joyce
