Peter, Your detailing your journey brings back memories from 10 years ago. It should be helpful to those struglnig with the diagnoses and treatment. My wife who has had PD for 10+yrs finds that Stress (like this month putting her mother in a NH) completely disrupts her routine and she overmeds on liq sinemet and tires much more easily. Phil
