thank you for your not, JDutton... my mother goes normally to Kaiser in the West Valley. I do not know the names of her regular neurologists there (there have been a couple). supposedly Dr. Sutton will be doing pallidotomies at a Kaiser downtown. I believe he was involved with them previously with another neurosurgeon, as A Bonander pointed out to me. I know he has been highly recommended to my parents and altho my father is wondering about a second opinion, at this point i am going along with them to a consultation on may 1. i hope very much that even if he does not recommend the surgery he may have some ideas re. her meds as she goes back and forth seemingly between severe cramping and lack of balance, dizziness, some hallucinations, lots of falling.
