Thanks Deanna Thanks for posting the instructions. Your meditations do help. They were taught in our Parkinson Education Group (St John's Newfoundland) and some participants still use them. Although I do focus on breathing from time to time, I prefer the visualizing of a "personal place". I use that technique to fall asleep without pills.
