Thanks for posting the instructions.  Your meditations do help.   They
were taught in our Parkinson Education Group  (St John's Newfoundland)
and some participants still use them.
Although I do  focus on breathing from time to time, I prefer the
visualizing of a "personal place". I use that technique to fall asleep
without pills.  Practice is essential to maintain the skill and the good
results.

PS I will be off the list for about 2 weeks.  How will I manage without
my daily 'fix' ?
