To answer your question, I never got a chance to use the database (being a very recent joiner), but I would very much like access to such a facility, and I'm sure it would save everyone the effort of answering the same questions every time a new member joins. Understand I'm not complaining -- I think it's great that this facility (the list) exists at all. I would be interested in a searchable history repository, though.
