Yesterday morning, Tuesday April 16, I received a call from Samantha Cohan, aide to SENATOR OLYMPIA SNOWE (R-Maine) to tell me that she has signed on as a new CO-SPONSOR. THE CRUCIAL FACTOR WAS 15 CALLS IN ONE DAY FROM MEMBERS OF MY SUPPORT GROUP. Maine now has a 75% co-sponsorship rate.
