I'm up to 15 mg/day Parlodel and I never had the trouble Fred is encountering. But I'm not taking any sinemet (yes, though, for eldepryl). I worked up to my parlodel dosage slowly, and although I never had the same side effects as Fred, I did feel lightheaded at first. I almost gave up on the Parlodel, but I'm glad I stayed with it (it took 2 months to get to my present dosage), because it seems to be working well. Charlie Barasch
