Michel - We are all baffled by this cruel and mysterious disease. In re time to start Sinemet: At one point it was thought that Sinemet should be delayed as long as possible, that while it helped the symptoms, it hastened the disease process . Current thought, however, mainly contradicts that notion, and careful studies seem to show no hastening of the disease. I believe that most authorities now advocate using Sinemet when one needs it.
