        As you can see, did find Liquid Sinemet Formula. This is from a
paper of Dr. Mattias Kurth, Phoenix, Arizona.
        Formula: Sinemet10/100 or 25/100        10 tablets (1000mg levodopa)
                Ascorbic acid   1/2level teaspoon       (2grams)
                Water           1 liter

        Shake until tablets disintegrate

        Good for no more than 24 hours.
        Drink standard amount every hour. Accuracy of dose and timing is
very important.

        Suggestions:
        Morning (KICK START) Dose
        1. kick start with about the same amount as on tablet therapy.
        2. adjust doseage by 5-10mls -up ordown-every 3-5 days until "on" is
smooth and dykskinsia less.
        Hourly Dose:
        l. start by using amount normally used on tablet therapy.
        Eg: Sinemet 25/100 every 2 hours=50 mls/hr
        2. adjust doseage as above
        3. strongly recommend adjusting kick start dose first before
adjusting dose for finalreaults.
