Hi Meike...sorry that I wasn't more specific about "the talk from U of C"...I was referring to the folks (Barbara Schneider, Jo-Anne Andre and Geoff Cragg) from the University of Calgary's Effective Writing Programme who, at the May Inkshed 13 conference, gave an overview/critique of their writing test. m-l (I think I just failed the "email context" test.... but not as badly as my colleague, who emailed me with the message "will do." I, of course, had *NO* idea what that meant...)
