Many thanks to everyone who sent me helpful suggestions about making contact with the BL over an early printed book query. The Web page for the BL is http://portico.bl.uk and they give e-mail 'contact numbers' for various departments of the library. I sent my query to the MSS Department (because there was no contact address for the early printed books) and got a timely response in the form of a fax of the title page. Thanks again!
