I take 2 ATIVAN and 1/2 PERCOSET to reduce the pain and suffering time. My toes curl under (sometimes) both feet at the same time. Also, my right foot twists and my heel raises. It look terrible and feels worse. Real white knuckels. Since it happens almost to the minute twice each day, about three weeks ago my husband suggested that I try to stop the incident BEFORE it happens by taking the same medicine (above) ONE HOUR in advance of the usual onset time. well, well, well !!!!...IT BEEN WORKING for three weeks...
