Hello all, There have been a lot of postings re dairy products. Suraiya took part in a blind study at the McGill Centre for Aging. The study examined the effects of protein in the diet. The acquiring of data finished at the end of last year, but there is not yet an official report. When there is anything published I will be sure to get a hold of it and let you know.
