Hi Jim-- Today is D day (beginning of double effort initiative ) for passing the Udall Bill in 96. I am goig to begin by making an appt to see Mike Doyle again. Irv has volunteered to go with me. Last week I mailed 5 letters--please advise what mext step should be.
