My personal thanks to those active for the Udall bill! I admire your pluck & dedication. The rest of us should all be grateful for you & should pray for success. It occurred to me that Congress could fund a lot of reaearch by shifting a few zillion $$$ out of NASA's budget. Better to help the quality of life here & now than to to try to live in hostile space. Leave the inter-galactic adventures to Spielburg & Lucas. Don (feeling depressed & cynical, or is it realistic?)
