Question...RE: Mask..

Is there anything that can be done to keep the mask face from happening
too quickley? Did you do anytype of "face exercises"? We're new to
this. I've been having my husband practice smiling, frowning, all the
expression type of things. We're also keeping a once a month log of
his handwriting to see when/if we notice a change and compare it with
how he is feeling/doing. I'm determined to help him in anyway I can.
I look forward to my e-mail for helps/answers to this disease. 3 from
my office sent Udell cards.

Do we have e-mail addresses for any of the congressmen? I would be
willing to contact them that way or by letter. Finances prevent too many
phone calls.

I encourage my husband all I can. He has been having little strokes along
with the PD. I think right now, they may be worse than the PD. I have
noticed that he does much better when he walks or works out in the
yard. We just bought the lot next to ours and he has been cleaning it
up, a little at a time. His only complaint so far is not sleeping
all night and constipation.

Sorry I've rambled....It is good to not feel like you're alone in the
world, but can talk with others. He has put up with me for 32 years
and the past 17 I have had Lupus and Fibermyalgia, so I am determined
to help him in everyway I can.

thanks,

nancy
