In response to recent posts about PD mimics, the most comprehensive summary I have seen is: Stacy M, Jankovic J:Neurologic Clinics; 1992;10:341-359: Rather old but still reliable, including 116 refs. I got a reprint from Dr. Jankovic at Baylor University. The info is not very encouraging, as PD itself is the only variant for which there is effective treatment. Cheers, Joe J. R.
