I was on Sinamet 25/100 three a day plus Eldepryl.Had a Sinamet holiday for a month to check out how my parkinsons was progressing without the masking effects of Sinamet' before starting Pergolide on it's own plus Eldepryl.Building the dosage up slowly and now at 2.25mg daily. Hope to stabilise at 3mg daily. No ill effects so far.Will report again on results. Would dearly like to be free of sinamet.
