There are about 12 PD look-a-likes, however only 4 of them have the
properties: no tremor, no response to Sinemet and gait and balance
difficulties.

     1. Shy-Drager Syndrome SDS
     2. Stiatonigral Degeneration SND
     3. Olivopontocerebellar Degeneraton OPCA
     4. Secondary symptomatic parkinsonism, e.g. multi-infarct or
        Normal-Pressure Hydrocephalus

SDS starts with effects of the autonomic nervous system, e.g.
bladder difficulties, impotance, etc. followed by PD symptoms including
gait problems. My first symptoms were gait and balance problems. I don't
think that fits me but I think 2,3 or 4 might.

I am going back to the Parkinson's Institute in June to see if now they
can make a more specific diagnosis.
