Someone wanted to use surgery to remove the Parkinson Mask.  I was always
told it took fewer muscles to smile then to frown.  If this is the case, the
added frown muscles are winning the war and that may be why Parkinson's
patients have the Mask.  Surgery would be to somehow relax the frown muscles.
I am way out of my league now, so will stop.
