Good for you Brian-- I haven't been able to ride my bicycle in years. Or do
you mean a
Exercise cycle?
My Orthopedic Surgeon fixed up a gadget that DH put on one of the walls in
my room.
I'ts rather a rowing thingy with a boom handle & heavy rubber.  Because I
have lost
55% of the movement in my neck I find that this kind of exercise is best for me.
I can hardly walk at all, so walking as an exercise if completely out!
But Boy, can I tell a difference if I don't row!!!!!
