I'm now trying to be a soy purist to see if that works. I also have noticed that with the Sun Chlorella that I added last week, even though I feel much more energetic and over all not so ragged, I have also observed a marked and consistent need for additional sinemet. The Sun Chlorella is rich in amino acids, which probably is why I feel better and also why I need more sinemet. I have been struggling with dystonia in my hands and feet that I had forgotten I had, nibbling on 25/100's all day trying to hit the point at which the cramps stop. I would really like to identify which proteins ( or amino acids or fats) are the biggest culprits so I could live in a state other than protein starved and malnourished.
