agreed. i lift weights - light to medium - 4 to 5 days per week. i also
hit the stationary bike 2 - 3 times per week for about 30 minutes a trip.

one good thing about exercising is when you feel stiff as a board the next
day you can always blame it  on the exercise - not the pd :)
