I find it very beneficial to exercise.  My program consists of
weight training with light weights and a high number of repetitions.
The weight training is interspered with 5-10 minute periods on a
stationary bike.  The whole workout lasts about 1 hour.  One suggestion:
try to see if there is a difference in how you feel (PDwise) when you
take your medication before or after your exercise period.  I found
that it is better for me to take the meds afterwards....Exercise
promotes production of endorphins in the brain...."feel good stuff."
Relationship of endorphins to dopamine levels in us parkies....has
anyone studied it?
