My Neurologist says "Exercise as often and as vigorously as you comfortably can." I go to stretch class 3x per week, use the treadmill 3-4x/wk and walk 3-4x/wl. amd walk a mile or two as often as I can. I feel better, looser, and more grounded and "with it" after exercisisng. Of course, it does use energy which is available in reduced quantities, but I find the tradeoff works in my favor. Dick Nales, FL
