I really think  that what your friend has is  SUPRANUCLEAR PALSY, not
ULTRA nuclear palsy. It is a "Parkinson Plus" syndrome, and thus is
similar in some ways to PD but not helped by PD meds . The full name is
Progressive Suprenuclear Palsy, (PSP) and there is a newsletter published
by the organization, which your friend could send for from:
