I have read your remarks about your problems, and wonder if you are being treated by a movement disorder neurologist. Movement disorders is a sub-specialty of neurology. These physicians see only movement disorders, and can be very helpful. You mention taking higher and higher doses of Sinemet in order to control symptoms, but sometimes the answer is to reduce the dosage, not increase it.
