Hello Everyone,
As a new suscriber whose husband has Parkinson's, I am interested in
alternative treatments that may be of benefit to him.

I would very much like to know if any of the surgical procedures
would be effective for someone who has been on medication for 12 years
and who is 62 years old.

I am wondering if surgery had not been recommended along the way either
because it may not have been available in Canada, although I believe
there is one doctor performing this surgery in Toronto, or because my
husband's doctor felt that medication was adequate.

Any input would be appreciated.
