About clozaril--in addition to the need for careful monitoring of blood, it is important that the dose be correct. At a PD symposium I attended the neuro pointed out that for PD the dose should be about 1/4 of that used for schizophrenia, the original purpose of this med. A good neuro would be aware of this, I'm sure.
