I was just talking with a member of US Senator James Jeffords staff and he told me that "most" of the Udall bill was being incorporated into the NIH Reauthorization bill. Does anyone know the details on this? Is this good news? What is the outlook for the NIH bill? Ben Mckeen ([log in to unmask])
