He is currently in India and we send him Sinemet tablets. He is really in an advanced state where he finds it difficult to walk and feed himself, but he is mentally fit. I know there is a new surgical procedure "Paladotomy" that is now available, do you know more about this. I only pray & hope that there may be a cure for this in the near future. Keep me informed of any new developments.
