Barbara, I read with great interest your message to Busbar about RLS and
symptoms. Your knowledge of PD/RLS leg problems is right-on

Maybe I can give you some of my current post Palladotmy leg problems and ask
how this relates to RLS rather than PD or a combination of both. Rare
indeed.

almost every day at 10A and 10P and sometimes at 3P my legs (from my thighs
down) to my toes falls asleep. The tingling lasts sometimes over an hour.
If you.ve ever experienced this tingling, you know the pain when my toes
make contact with anyobject.

Along with the tingling, my other main remaining activity is trying to
coerce, sing a marching tune to, curse at, scream at, hit hard with my fist
and just plain pray that my legs will unlock and let me take a step or 2 or 3
hundred.

my meds are:
sinemet 25/100 10 x into Liquid taken 60cc per hour from 6a to 9P
sinemet CR 50/200 6A 12 3P 2@6P 2@10P
permax 4@6A 2@10A 2@1P 3@3P 4@6P 1@10P
parlodel 1@6A 1@10A 1@1P 2@3P 2@6P 1@10P
clozeril 1@6A 2 1/2@10P
Ativan as needed
B12 Vit E
TOTAL 44 MEDS PER DAY.

In defense of such a considerable amount of drugs, my original PD was
tremor. Getting very bad it turned to my legs and the curling muscle spasms
and freezing.

Now, post Pallidot. (SIX WEEKS) PD is in my legs as described.

We are reducing the meds by taking away one pill from each med each week.
The time to remove these 3 messages relative to.whch hours are considered
ON. Quite honestly, it hasnt made any difference.

Is this a challenge question?? I will pose it to my neuro when he returns in
late August.

Looking forward to reading my comments.

Joyce
