Doris's symptoms fit Johanna's to a tee. I wonder if the inference can then be drawn that PD+ patients seldom,
if ever, experience long-term benefits from pallidotomy?

As for their benefiting from fetal tissue implantation, perhaps others in this forum will let us know.
