Glenbrook/Evanston Hospitals in Glenview, IL (NW suburb of Chicago) has a
pallidotomy program which uses cell mapping.  The team was trained at Emory.
 The medical director is Dr. Michael Rezak who is the director of the
movement disorders program at Glenbrook/Evanston Hospitals and is on the
faculty of Northwestern University medical school.  The telephone # for the
