Would like to compare notes with other PD people regarding the use
of vitamins and other dietary measures to deal with PD.  I got the follow-
ing info from Prevention Magazine which I plan to start on soon.

  1 cup hot water w/ 1 Tbsp vinegar & honey (3 / day)
  Cereal w/ brewers yeast & wheat germ
  Avoid sugar, red meat, white bread
  Hydrochloride & pepsin tablet (3 / day)
  Calcium/magnesium tablet (3 / day)
  Niacinamide (100 mg) (3 / day)
  Biotin tablet (1 / day)
  Vitamin C, 1000 mg time release (3 / day)
  Multi-vitamin tablet (1 / day)
  Vitamin E, 400 mg (1 / day)

In addition to these I take Sinemet and Eldepryl for PD and Oruvail
for arthritis.  My main symptoms are slight tremor in left hand and
sensitivity of left foot to rough texture socks/shoes.  Maybe this is
restless leg syndrome?
