For those who're interested, I've been using the "NMB The Right Touch!"
keyboard for about 2 months now. It's Win 95 compatible and interacts with
that system via additional keys. It's also got a unique split spacebar which
permits one to backspace from the spacebar without having to make that long
stretch to the backspace key. The spacebar can be programmed for right OR
left handers (says this lefty!). There are also several other programmable
features such as repeat key control, repeat speed, etc. In addition, the keys
are very responsive to the touch - and what Parkie doesn't need THAT? <smile>
Cost was around $75 and worth it. I purchased this keyboard at Fry's
Electronics in L.os Angeles. The only address I have for NMB is:

NMB Technologies, Inc.
Keyboard Division
Chatsworth,, CA 91311

Good idea, Michael -- it should have occurred to me that this feature would
benefit parkies like my Mom.

Please note that Windows 3.x has a similar feature under "Keyboard" in its
"Control Panel" application. While the auto-repeat feature can't be
completely turned off, it can be slowed down dramatically. Hope this is
helpful.
