Send a message to the listserver address:
[log in to unmask]
(Note this is different from the address you use to post to this list.)
Don't include any subject line in the message,
and in the message body, just type:
SET PARKINSN NOMAIL
(Note that an "O" is purposely missing from "PARKINSN" - type it just
that way.)
You should get a confirmation from the listserver in a few hours.
When you want to begin receiving mail again, send a message to the same
address saying:
SET PARKINSN MAIL
