That's just 9 more to go for a majority in both, right? No, 8 if you count
Waxman. If only we could get someone who makes airline seating arrangements
to make sure there was at least one non-cosponsoring representative seated
near Terrie Whitling on every flight she takes, why we'd be there by now!

correction. Don't worry if you used the "Reauthorization", since it's really
