Oh my God! The list appeared in gobbledy gook! I certainly couldn't read it - could anyone else? I sent it as an attachment, and my server had problems sending it. I will try again. However, I have just sent it by snail mail to someone on the list (Susan Reece) today. Sorry Joy Graham
